    A Supervisor is a administrative officer in charge of many of various business, government, or school units or operation. He or she over sees and evaluates daily performances. A administrative officer in charge of a business, government, or school unit or operation.                  

    Management means getting work done when and how you want it done threw others. Must have excellent skills in many areas, certain traits, enter a management training program, or take college trade or trade school courses in business management. They assume a variety of levels of responsibilities. A manager must develop, evaluate, an implement organizational goals, policies and procedures in the operation of services, products, items or goods.
